Michael J. Bolduc

Michael J. Bolduc is a partner at Wyskiel, Boc, Tillinghast & Bolduc, P.A., where he concentrates his practice on estate planning, trust administration, and probate law. He also advises clients on business formation, governance, and transactions, providing comprehensive legal support for individuals, families, and businesses throughout the region.

Michael earned his Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law in 1995 and a B.A. in Economics from Boston College in 1992. His strong academic background supports his work in both tax-sensitive estate planning and business legal matters.

Michael represents clients in New Hampshire and Maine and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire and the U.S. Tax Court. He offers strategic guidance in trust creation, probate procedures, tax planning, and commercial transactions that require in-depth legal and financial insight.

Beyond his legal practice, Michael is deeply involved in the community. He currently serves as Corporate Secretary and administrator and has held multiple board and leadership roles, including trustee at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital and director at First Seacoast Bank. Michael has also provided leadership to the Greater Dover Chamber of Commerce and the Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce, strengthening local business and civic engagement across the region.
