Robert M. Gonderinger

Robert M. Gonderinger has practiced law in Omaha, Nebraska, since 1982 and has been with his current firm since 1990. He focuses on commercial finance, business transactions, and bankruptcy, representing lenders, businesses, and financial institutions in complex legal matters with skill and precision.

Robert earned his Juris Doctor magna cum laude from Creighton University School of Law in 1982 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from St. John’s University in Minnesota, also magna cum laude. As a Certified Public Accountant, he blends legal and financial expertise to deliver practical, value-focused solutions.

Robert has advised clients on acquisitions, business sales, and organizational transitions, serving companies from individual ownership to ESOP structures. In the finance sector, he represents banks, credit unions, and finance companies in revolving credit, term loans, letters of credit, and loan participations—both secured and unsecured.

Robert’s bankruptcy work includes representing commercial lenders in Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 proceedings, as well as managing loan workouts, restructurings, and asset liquidations governed by the UCC. He has also provided expert testimony on Nebraska commercial finance and loan liquidation matters.

Robert M. Gonderinger is admitted to practice in Nebraska, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court. He is a member of the Nebraska and American Bar Associations, the American Bankruptcy Institute, and the AICPA.
