Robert J. Boszko

Robert J. Boszko (“Bob”) is a highly respected family law attorney practicing out of the firm’s Schaumburg office. He focuses his practice on complex financial divorce matters and allocation of parental responsibilities, guiding clients through some of life’s most challenging transitions. He is known for his strategic and compassionate approach, as well as his ability to resolve intricate disputes involving both financial and emotional dimensions.

Bob graduated magna cum laude from Loyola University of Chicago in 2000 and earned his Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2004, where he also obtained a certification in Tax Law. He is currently pursuing a Master of Laws in Taxation from the same institution and is a founding member of the Loyola University Chicago School of Law Tax Law Society. His additional Divorce Mediation Certificate from Northwestern University further enhances his ability to negotiate and mediate complex family disputes with empathy and precision.

Bob’s background in tax law, business transactions, real estate, and estate planning provides him with the analytical depth necessary to address the multifaceted financial issues often present in high-asset divorces and custody cases. Admitted to the Illinois Bar in 2004 and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois in 2005, Bob practices in Cook, DuPage, Kane, Lake, and McHenry Counties. His professional affiliations include active memberships with the Illinois State Bar Association, Cook County Bar Association, and the Northwest Suburban Bar Association, where he serves on the Board of Governors and co-chairs the Young Lawyers Committee.
