During his college years, Robert gained valuable experience working for the firms of Meredith, Dobson and Ready, P.A., and Olen Meredith, P.A., in St. Augustine. These formative roles helped him understand the importance of client service, practical problem-solving, and community trust in the practice of law.

After earning his law degree, Robert began his professional career with the Winter Park firm of Lawrence Johnson, P.A., where he refined his legal skills and developed a comprehensive understanding of Florida law. In 1990, he moved to Osceola County and founded his own practice, serving individuals, families, and businesses across Central Florida.
