Robert H. Taff

Robert H. Taff is an Attorney at Law with more than four decades of experience serving clients in estate planning and administration, real estate matters, and general legal practice. His work is centered on helping individuals and families plan effectively, protect assets, and navigate complex legal and financial decisions with clarity and confidence.

Robert earned his Bachelor of Arts in English and History from Rutgers University in 1975. He later received his Juris Doctor from Rutgers University School of Law–Camden in 1978. He was admitted to practice law in New Jersey in 1979 and has remained in active practice since that time.

Robert concentrates his practice on estate planning and administration, advising clients on wills, trusts, and related matters designed to support long-term planning goals. He also represents clients in residential and commercial real estate transactions, providing guidance throughout the purchase, sale, and transfer process.

His broad experience allows him to address legal issues with a practical, solutions-oriented approach.
In addition to client representation, Robert is a frequent lecturer for community, civic, and church organizations, presenting on estate and financial planning topics. He has also appeared as a guest on local radio programs, sharing insights on legal and planning issues relevant to the community.
