Colleen Marea Quinn

Colleen Marea Quinn, Esq., is the Principal Attorney and Founder of Quinn Law Centers, LLC, located in Richmond, Virginia. With more than 35 years of legal experience, she is widely respected for her work in personal injury, employment law, adoption and surrogacy, guardianship, and estate planning. Her practice is known for strong advocacy, careful legal strategy, and a deep commitment to protecting clients’ rights during critical moments in their lives.

Colleen M. Quinn earned her J.D. from the University of Virginia in 1988. She completed her undergraduate studies at The College of William & Mary, receiving a B.A. in 1985. After law school, she served as a Judicial Clerk to the Honorable Harry L. Carrico, Chief Justice of the Virginia Supreme Court, receiving valuable insight into appellate decision-making and the judicial process.

Colleen has represented individuals and families in complex and sensitive matters throughout her legal career. In personal injury and employment law cases, she has helped clients seek accountability, fair compensation, and workplace justice.
