Robert Devetski

Robert Devetski brings decades of litigation and mediation experience to clients facing trust, estate, and business disputes. He is known for guiding clients through difficult legal matters with a steady and practical approach. Robert earned a B.A. from Indiana University-Bloomington and later received a J.D. from Indiana University-Bloomington. He has been admitted to practice in Indiana and Michigan, along with several federal courts, including the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. His educational background provided the foundation for a long career handling complex disputes.

Robert has practiced as a litigator in South Bend, Indiana, for more than 35 years and has also worked as a mediator for 25 years. He assists estate representatives, trustees, fiduciaries, and beneficiaries with matters involving will contests, trust disputes, and claims involving fiduciary misconduct. He also helps clients address wealth management-related disagreements and complicated estate concerns.

Robert has represented clients in business governance disputes, insurance coverage matters, employment non-compete cases, and contract litigation. He has handled disputes in both state and federal courts in Indiana.
