Lindsey began her legal career in private practice in the Siouxland area before establishing Buchheit Law, PLC in 2013. After more than a decade as a solo practitioner, she joined John C. “Jack” Ehrich to establish Buchheit & Ehrich Law, PLC in 2025. She is certified as an Estate Planning Law Specialist and holds the Accredited Estate Planner designation. She has also received recognition for work in family law and estate planning throughout Iowa and the Great Plains legal region.
