Robert Crissman

Robert Crissman, Esq., is a senior litigation attorney at Tresp Law, APC, where he handles civil disputes for individuals, families, and businesses. He focuses on trust and probate litigation, business law, contract disputes, employment law, landlord-tenant matters, and family law. He represents clients across San Diego, Orange County, and the Inland Empire. He draws on a broad litigation background when evaluating claims, developing strategies, and preparing matters for negotiated resolution or trial.

Mr. Crissman earned his J.D. from the University of La Verne, College of Law in 2013. He earned his B.S. from CSU Long Beach in 2010. He served as a staff editor and associate editor for the University of La Verne Law Review. He received the Thomas and Miriam Kendall Scholarship for exceptional academic achievement and leadership. He is admitted to the State Bar of California.

Mr. Crissman gained practical experience during law school through internships in public service and the courts. He interned with the Riverside County District Attorney’s Office, where he observed criminal case preparation and courtroom procedure. He further interned at the San Bernardino County Superior Court’s Family Law Self-Help Center. He now applies his research, writing, and case-management skills to disputes involving estates, contracts, workplaces, businesses, property, and family relationships.
