Robert A. Fagella

Robert A. Fagella is a seasoned attorney with over 25 years of experience in civil litigation, focusing on labor and employment law, employee benefits, and appellate litigation. Robert earned his J.D. from Rutgers School of Law in 1977, graduating with honors. He completed his undergraduate studies at New York University in 1973, earning a B.A. cum laude. Admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 1977, he is also authorized to practice in federal and state courts in New Jersey and New York and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Currently, he serves on the Supreme Court Advisory Committee on Professional Ethics.
