Robert A. Condy

Robert A. Condy is the founder of Immigration Law Office, LLC, where he focuses exclusively on immigration law. He represents clients in family-based immigration, humanitarian relief, deportation defense, Board of Immigration Appeals cases, and federal litigation. Admitted before the South Carolina Supreme Court, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and all U.S. Immigration Courts, he provides comprehensive representation for individuals and families navigating the immigration system.

Robert’s educational background is as diverse as his practice. He earned a B.F.A. in Film and Video from the Rhode Island School of Design, followed by a B.A. in Historic Preservation and Community Planning from the College of Charleston, where he graduated summa cum laude. He later received his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law, where he was awarded the CALI Excellence Award in Immigration and Nationality Law for his academic achievements.

Robert is a member of the American Bar Association, the South Carolina Bar, the Charleston County Bar, and the American Immigration Lawyers Association, including the AILA Carolinas Chapter. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Digna Ochoa Center for Legal Immigration Services, a nonprofit dedicated to assisting low-income immigrants. His prior work with Catholic Charities’ Office of Immigration further demonstrates his dedication to service and advocacy for immigrant communities.

Beyond his legal practice, Robert A. Condy has long been engaged in refugee and asylee relief efforts. In the early 1980s, he assisted Cambodian refugees. Since the late 1980s, he has supported Tibetan refugee initiatives in India and the U.S., including the establishment of a school for children with disabilities in New Delhi. Fluent in Spanish and French, he brings cultural and linguistic sensitivity to his practice. Through his professional and humanitarian work, Robert remains deeply committed to advancing the rights and opportunities of immigrants and refugees.
