Kelly Sullivan is the founding attorney of Sullivan Immigration Law, where she has dedicated her career to helping immigrants and their families navigate the complexities of U.S. immigration law.
With extensive experience in both private practice and nonprofit organizations, Kelly has successfully assisted hundreds of clients in obtaining immigrant and non-immigrant visas, lawful permanent residency, and citizenship. She also helps clients secure work and travel permits, asylum, and inadmissibility waivers with careful attention to detail and strategy.
Kelly earned her Juris Doctor with honors from the University of Miami School of Law in 2011. Before that, she graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts from American University in 2007. She is admitted to practice before the Florida Supreme Court and is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Her academic achievements and professional affiliations underscore her dedication to maintaining the highest standards of legal practice in immigration law.
Before establishing her own practice, Kelly spent five years working at private immigration firms and nonprofit organizations across Florida, Texas, California, South Carolina, and abroad. This broad experience gave her a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by immigrant communities.
Kelly’s legal work is complemented by a longstanding commitment to advocacy and public service, which has included representing Haitian earthquake victims seeking Temporary Protected Status, volunteering for Spanish-speaking families, and serving as an Equal Justice Works fellow supporting U.S. veterans.
Kelly Sullivan has also contributed internationally through fellowships and projects with organizations such as UNICEF in Geneva, Switzerland, and refugee advocacy groups in Quito, Ecuador. With her combination of legal skill, humanitarian service, and tireless advocacy, she continues to make a lasting impact for her clients, ensuring their voices are heard and their rights protected.
