Rob Farris-Olsen

Rob Farris-Olsen is a partner whose practice focuses on consumer rights, civil rights, bankruptcy, and personal injury matters. He represents clients in complex disputes and works to protect constitutional rights and consumer protections under state and federal law. Rob earned a J.D., with honors, from the University of Montana School of Law, where he also received a Certificate in Environmental and Natural Resources Law. He holds a B.A. in Environmental Studies and Chemistry from Whitman College. His academic training built strong skills in legal analysis, advocacy, and problem-solving. That foundation continues to support his work in appellate matters, consumer protection cases, and complex civil litigation today.

After law school, Rob served as a law clerk to a justice on the Montana Supreme Court and later worked with the Montana Legal Services Association, helping people access legal support. In private practice, he has focused on protecting consumers and defending constitutional rights. His work has helped clients address mortgage disputes, bankruptcy matters, wrongful conduct, and unlawful practices that can affect financial security, fairness, and access to justice for all.
