Andrew S. Gabriel

Andrew S. Gabriel is a partner in the Las Vegas office of McDonald Carano. He serves on the firm’s Executive Committee and chairs the Real Estate & Land Use Practice. Andrew also co-chairs the Business Entities & Transactions Practice and advises clients on complex commercial matters.

Andrew earned a J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles, in 1988. He also holds an M.B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles, earned in 1980. He received a B.S., with distinction, from Cornell University in 1978. He is admitted in Nevada and California.

Andrew focuses on commercial real estate and business transactions. He represents buyers, sellers, lenders, and business owners in a wide range of deals. His work includes negotiating agreements, handling asset sales, and advising on entity formation, governance, and financing matters across many industries.

Andrew works with corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies on structure and operations. He also assists clients with contracts, ownership interests, and dispute resolution. His experience includes sales of real property, business assets, and equity interests, as well as secured financing under the UCC.

Andrew has received many honors for his work. He holds an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell and is ranked in Chambers USA. He has earned Lawyer of the Year awards and recognition from Best Lawyers, Super Lawyers, and other industry publications.
