Ricky A. Palladino is a highly respected immigration attorney who devotes his entire legal practice to U.S. immigration and nationality law. With a career that began at the legacy Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS), Ricky brings unique insight from both government and private practice, allowing him to offer informed and compassionate legal representation to individuals, families, and businesses.

Ricky earned his J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law, completing his final year as a visiting student at Temple University Beasley School of Law, where he was awarded the Barrister’s Award for Outstanding Trial Advocacy. He was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 2006, launching a career rooted in client-centered service and legal excellence.

Before entering private practice, Ricky interned with the District Counsel’s Office of the Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS), gaining firsthand knowledge of immigration enforcement and procedures. He began his private practice career at Bagia & Associates (2006–2012) and later co-founded Solow, Isbell & Palladino, LLC, where he represented thousands of individuals and numerous corporations between 2012 and 2020.

Ricky’s practice encompasses removal defense, family-based immigration, asylum, refugee law, naturalization, F-1 student visa services, and employment-based immigration services, including H-1B, TN visa, I-9 compliance, and labor certifications. He also provides expert witness testimony in personal injury and family court cases across Pennsylvania.

Ricky is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and currently serves as the liaison to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) for the Philadelphia chapter. He participates in AILA’s Military Assistance Program, offering pro bono services to service members and their families.
