Allie K. Dempsey

Allie K. Dempsey is a senior associate attorney who delivers strategic and comprehensive immigration solutions for corporate clients and individuals of extraordinary ability. She advises on a wide range of employment-based immigration matters, including H-1B, O-1, and TN visa categories, and guides clients through the PERM labor certification and green card process with precision and care.

Allie earned her B.A. in Political Science and French from Gettysburg College in 2006 and her J.D. from Penn State Dickinson Law in 2012. There, she served as the first Managing Editor of the Penn State Journal of Law and International Affairs and completed an internship with the Department of Justice’s Executive Office for Immigration Review.

Allie’s practice focuses on advising employers across industries and academic institutions on securing and retaining global talent. She leads teams through the EB-1 and EB-2 NIW processes and directs the firm’s EB-1 practice, managing attorneys, paralegals, and expert technical writers in building persuasive immigration petitions.
