Rick Lehmann is the Founder & Partner of the firm and a seasoned trial and appellate attorney. He represents clients in election campaigns and political law, constitutional law, litigation and appeals, personal injury, and criminal defense matters throughout New Hampshire.
Rick earned his J.D. from Boston University School of Law in 1992. He received his undergraduate degree from Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania. He was admitted to the New Hampshire Bar in 1992 and has practiced in state and federal courts since.
Rick has represented prominent clients, including the Republican National Committee, the New Hampshire Republican State Committee, Donald J. Trump for President, and the New Hampshire State Senate. His work often involves high-profile constitutional and election-related disputes.
Rick has argued and handled numerous cases before the New Hampshire Supreme Court, including Doe v. Manchester Sch. Dist., Norelli v. Sec’y of State, and Union Leader Corp. v. Town of Salem. His appellate experience spans constitutional claims, election disputes, public records matters, and criminal cases.
In federal court, Rick has represented clients in significant matters before the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, including League of Women Voters of N.H. v. Kramer and Castro v. Scanlan.
Earlier in his career, Rick Lehmann served as an Assistant Attorney General with the New Hampshire Department of Justice from 1996 to 2000. He later practiced as an associate at Douglas Leonard & Garvey, P.C. from 2005 to 2015. He is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association, the New Hampshire Association for Justice, and the New Hampshire Employment Lawyers Association, and was named to the Union Leader 40 Under 40 in 2005.
