David Silver

David Silver is a board-certified criminal trial attorney known for handling complex and high-stakes cases. He began his legal career at the Legal Aid Society of New York in the Bronx, where he defended clients facing serious charges. He later served as a trial attorney with the Federal Defender Office in the Southern District of New York, advocating on behalf of the accused and protecting their rights against skilled federal prosecutors. Silver earned his B.A. from Boston University in 1979, building broad skills in research and writing. He went on to receive his J.D. from Benjamin Cardozo School of Law in 1983, where he developed courtroom training and a deep understanding of criminal law.
