Richard W. Mear

Richard W. Mear is a senior member at The Cavanagh Law Firm, P.A., and represents businesses in commercial litigation, product liability, construction defect, insurance defense, transportation, health care law, and professional liability matters. He also handles medical negligence, premises liability, toxic tort, and officer and director liability disputes. His practice includes trial, mediation, and arbitration across complex civil matters in Arizona courts. Richard earned his J.D. from Notre Dame Law School in 2006, graduating in the top 20 percent of his class. He was on the ATLA Trial Advocacy Team and Dean’s List.
