While in law school, he served as an editor of the Arizona Law Review. Before entering private practice, Tom served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Susan A. Ehrlich of the Arizona Court of Appeals. He is licensed to practice law in Arizona and is also authorized to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
