Richard M. Kenny

Richard M. Kenny is a seasoned New York trial attorney with over 26 years of courtroom experience and more than 150 verdicts to his name. His practice focuses on helping injury victims across NYC, including those affected by motor vehicle accidents, construction incidents, and civil rights violations. Richard has devoted his career to fighting for justice and securing substantial compensation for the seriously injured.

Richard began his education at the State University of New York at Oneonta, earning his B.A. in Literature and Political Science in 1985. He later earned his Juris Doctor from St. John’s Law in 1990. He has also served as an adjunct professor at Long Island University and frequently lectures for New York Trial Lawyers.

Richard has successfully handled over 200 trials and obtained tens of millions in settlements and verdicts, including a $13 million highway design case and an $11 million firefighter tragedy case. He holds an AV-rating and has been recognized by Super Lawyers®, the Million Dollar Advocates Forum®, and the Best Attorneys of America.
