Regan France

Regan France is an associate at Finley Law in Des Moines, Iowa, practicing in the firm’s civil litigation division. France also participated in successful appeals affirming dismissals of medical malpractice claims involving expert evidence and certificate-of-merit issues, helping defend favorable trial-court rulings on appeal.
