About

Raymond L. Niblock has built a legal career focused on complex litigation, appellate work, and consumer-related disputes. His practice includes personal injury, Product Liability, Unfair and Deceptive Trade Practices, consumer fraud, and class actions. He regularly handles matters in both state and federal courts while guiding clients through difficult legal situations with careful preparation and strong advocacy.

Raymond earned an A.A. from New Mexico Military Institute in 1986, a B.U.S. from the University of New Mexico in 1989, and a J.D. from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville in 1994. Raymond was admitted to practice in Arkansas, New Mexico, and several federal courts in 1994, including the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth and Tenth Circuits. He was also certified in 2012 by the State of Arkansas Public Defender Commission to serve as co-counsel in death penalty cases and defend lesser offenses.

Raymond has remained active in legal organizations throughout his career. His involvement includes service with the Arkansas Bar Association House of Delegates, the Young Lawyers Division, and the Appellate Law Section. He has also participated in the American Association for Justice, the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association, and the State Bar of New Mexico.

Raymond has supported several civic and educational programs outside the courtroom. He previously served with the Arkansas Conflict Resolution Association, Ozark Legal Services, and Washington County Teen Court. His long-standing role with the William B. Putnam American Inns of Court reflects his continued commitment to legal ethics, mentorship, and professional growth within the legal community.

Niblock also served as a Reserve Commissioned Officer in the United States Army from 1986 through 2000 and completed the Airborne Course at the United States Army Infantry School in Ft Benning, Georgia.
