Raymond K. Bryant is a dedicated trial lawyer who represents individuals in civil rights, police misconduct, and employment discrimination cases. Known for his aggressive litigation style, he fights for people harmed by abuse of authority. His work gives voice to those silenced by injustice, holding officials accountable for constitutional violations.
Raymond began his academic journey with an A.A., followed by a B.A. in Sociology from the University of North Texas, where he participated in moot court and debate. He earned an M.Phil. in Political and Educational Philosophy from the University of Cambridge. He later received a J.D. from the University of Arizona and completed an L.L.M. in Civil and Constitutional Rights at American University.
Raymond has worked on hundreds of serious constitutional rights cases. Before establishing his own legal practice, he served as an associate attorney in Denver-based civil rights firms. He also gained experience clerking with several law organizations, including the ACLU Arizona and the Arizona Attorney General’s Office Civil Rights Division.
Raymond focuses on cases involving jail abuse, police overreach, and workplace discrimination. His prior work in political activism and teaching strengthens his understanding of how government power can be misused. He uses this insight to challenge unlawful actions and protect personal liberty in the courtroom.
Raymond has earned repeated recognition in his field, including listings in Super Lawyers from 2021 through 2025 and the National Trial Lawyers Top 100. He is active in professional groups such as the National Lawyers Guild, Colorado Bar Association, and the Plaintiff’s Employment Lawyers Association, serving on multiple civil rights committees.
