Randy Pulliam is an Arkansas partner who represents clients in class actions involving consumer protection, shareholder rights, securities fraud, fiduciary duty, and corporate transactions. His work includes cases involving false advertising, payment protection products, mortgage servicing fees, Telephone Consumer Protection Act claims, and change-of-control transactions. He helps consumers, shareholders, institutional investors, and public entities pursue financial recovery through complex litigation, negotiation, and coordinated class action strategy.

Pulliam earned a J.D. from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 1998. He received an M.B.A. from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville in 1992 and a B.B.A. from the University of Central Arkansas in 1991. His legal, business, and finance education supports his ability to evaluate securities issues, corporate conduct, class claims, and settlement value with practical judgment and careful analysis.

Pulliam has served as lead or co-lead counsel in more than 100 successful class actions involving consumer and shareholder protection. His representative matters include recoveries connected to false advertising, TCPA claims, mortgage convenience fees, credit card payment protection programs, securities fraud, and shareholder transactions. He has also represented New Mexico and Mississippi as outside counsel, helping those states pursue recoveries for their treasuries through complex litigation.

Randy Pulliam has received an AV rating and has been selected as a Mid-South Super Lawyer in consumer law. He is also a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation. Before law school, he held a Series 7 General Securities Representative license and worked as an equity trader. Pulliam helps clients address high-stakes class actions and shareholder matters with financial insight, litigation experience, and focused advocacy.
