David W. Cybak

David W. Cybak is a principal and founding attorney at Over the Mountain Law Center in Birmingham, Alabama. He represents consumer debtors in bankruptcy matters and helps clients address debt, collection issues, and creditor pressure. Dave earned his J.D. from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago in 2001 and received his B.A. from Stetson University in 1998. He also represented creditors in thousands of bankruptcy cases, giving him a detailed understanding of creditor strategies, bankruptcy claims, foreclosure issues, title insurance disputes, real estate litigation, and commercial litigation.

He is admitted in Alabama and Illinois, and before federal district courts in the Northern Districts of Alabama and Illinois.
