Raluca L. Hanea

Raluca L. Hanea is an Immigration Lawyer and founder in Buford, Georgia. She has more than 25 years of combined legal and financial experience. Raluca L. Hanea is admitted before all Georgia state courts, the Georgia appellate courts, and the federal Northern District of Georgia. She belongs to state, county, and criminal defense bar organizations. She chaired the Gwinnett County Bar Association’s Solo Practitioners Section from 2022 through 2023. She has provided pro bono service and volunteered with the Atlanta Legal Aid Society. Since 2022, she has represented indigent misdemeanor defendants through a court appointment.
