She received her B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania in 2003, where she began developing her commitment to advocacy and public service.
Before entering private practice, Rachel gained valuable experience in public interest roles. She served as a Staff Attorney for Disability Rights California from 2008 to 2012, advocating for individuals with disabilities across the state. Prior to that, she worked as a Senior Legal Analyst at the Mental Health Association of California, providing legal insight on policies affecting mental health and disability rights.
