About
Rachel Bethel is an Associate Attorney at Rob Wiley, P.C., advocating for employees facing workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage disputes. Her practice spans state and federal courts and administrative proceedings before agencies like the EEOC, TWC, and OSHA. Rachel brings a deep sense of empathy and determination to each case she handles.
Rachel earned her Juris Doctor from George Washington University Law School, where she developed a strong foundation in employment and civil rights law. While in law school, she served as a student attorney with GW’s Public Justice Advocacy Clinic and clerked for an EEOC administrative judge and multiple plaintiffs’ firms. She also interned with the Office of the General Counsel at the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services.
Rachel’s legal work focuses on representing individuals in cases involving workplace discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, sexual harassment, and unpaid wages. Her client-centered approach ensures that everyone feels heard, supported, and empowered throughout the legal process. She fights for accountability from both corporate employers and government entities.
Rachel is licensed to practice in Texas and Washington, DC, and is admitted to federal district courts in the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas and Washington, DC. She is a member of the National Employment Lawyers Association, Texas Employment Lawyers Association, Dallas Bar Association, and Dallas Young Lawyers Association.
Rachel Bethel’s passion for civil rights and justice extends beyond litigation. Prior to law school, she earned her Bachelor’s in International Relations from American University and conducted field research in India under a Boren Scholarship. Today, she channels that same global perspective and commitment to advocacy into protecting employee rights in Texas and beyond.
