About

Madison Chilton is a civil rights and employment discrimination attorney committed to advocating for individuals facing injustice. A lifelong Texan, Madison brings personal conviction and legal skill to her practice, focusing on clients who have been denied equal treatment or opportunity in the workplace or under the law.

Madison earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Texas School of Law, where she honed her skills in trial and appellate advocacy. With a focus on employment discrimination and civil rights, Madison provides legal support for clients facing unlawful treatment based on race, gender, disability, and other protected characteristics. She approaches each case with empathy and determination, seeking to hold institutions accountable and empower those harmed by systemic injustice.

Madison’s early experience includes policy internships for Speaker Joe Straus in the Texas House and Speaker Nancy Pelosi in Washington, D.C. These roles, combined with her litigation training, inform Madison’s deep understanding of both the legal and legislative mechanisms that shape civil rights protections.

Madison Chilton is known for her client-centered approach and tireless advocacy. Whether challenging workplace discrimination or fighting for broader civil liberties, she is dedicated to ensuring that every person has a voice and access to justice.
