Purav Bhatt is the principal attorney at The Law Office of Purav Bhatt & Associates, a leading criminal defense firm based in Chicago. Purav Bhatt earned his Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2008. He also holds a B.S. in Psychology from Loyola University Chicago and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from DePaul University. His multidisciplinary education supports his analytical approach to building effective defenses in criminal law.

Mr. Bhatt began his legal career prosecuting cases on behalf of the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office. There, he handled a wide range of criminal matters including weapons offenses, narcotics cases, gang-related crimes, and violent felonies. This prosecutorial experience gives him a critical edge in identifying case weaknesses and defending his clients with precision and insight.

Since founding his firm, Mr. Bhatt has become one of Chicago’s most trusted criminal attorneys.
