Priscila Ulloa

Priscila Ulloa is an associate attorney in the Family Law department at SW&L Attorneys, where she focuses on custody, visitation, divorce, and contempt proceedings. Fluent in Spanish, she excels at assisting clients with limited English proficiency, ensuring clear communication and compassionate representation throughout the legal process.

Priscila earned her Juris Doctor from the University of North Dakota School of Law, where she distinguished herself through academic excellence and leadership. She received top honors in Trial Advocacy and Immigration Law and was a finalist in the 2022 Carrigan Cup mock trial competition. As President of the Law Women’s Caucus, she led the organization to be named UND’s Student Organization of the Year in 2022 and received both the “Lillian Elsigna Outstanding Student Leader Award” and “Class of 2022 Outstanding Law Student Leader Award.”

Priscila’s undergraduate studies were completed at the University of Manitoba, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Social Science. During that time, she was actively involved in promoting multiculturalism and community service, volunteering with the Manitoba Chilean Association Cultural Centre and Folklorama.

Before joining SW&L Attorneys, Priscila gained practical experience as a summer judicial extern at the U.S. District Court for the District of North Dakota and worked for over a year at a family law firm in Grand Forks, North Dakota. She was admitted to the North Dakota Bar in 2023 and is an active member of SBAND, the Collaborative Divorce Law Group, and the Ronald N. Davies American Inn of Court.
