Pressley Henningsen

Pressley Henningsen is a seasoned trial attorney known for representing Iowa families in wrongful death, medical malpractice, and catastrophic injury cases. With nearly three decades of courtroom experience, he has built a strong reputation for taking on difficult cases and delivering justice for those harmed by negligence and misconduct.

Pressley earned his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Iowa in 1994. He went on to receive his J.D. with Distinction from the University of Iowa College of Law in 1996. He also completed the Trial Lawyers College in 2015 and earned a diploma from the National Institute for Trial Advocacy in 2002.

Pressley has been practicing law since 1996, beginning his career in a rural community where he handled a wide range of cases and built a strong legal foundation. Over the years, he has earned a reputation as a go-to trial lawyer for complex, high-stakes litigation that many attorneys avoid, including cases involving paralysis and severe traumatic brain injuries.
