Pressley Henningsen

Pressley Henningsen is a seasoned trial attorney known for representing Iowa families in wrongful death, medical malpractice, and catastrophic injury cases. With nearly three decades of courtroom experience, he has built a strong reputation for taking on difficult cases and delivering justice for those harmed by negligence and misconduct.

Pressley earned his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Iowa in 1994. He went on to receive his J.D. with Distinction from the University of Iowa College of Law in 1996. He also completed the Trial Lawyers College in 2015 and earned a diploma from the National Institute for Trial Advocacy in 2002.

Pressley has practiced law since 1996, starting in a rural town where he handled a variety of legal matters that helped him build a broad foundation. Over time, he became widely respected for trying complex cases that many lawyers shy away from, including paralysis and serious brain injury matters. He is committed to fighting for people whose health and lives have been changed by the actions of others.

Pressley is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and holds the prestigious AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
