Polly Bartle Blomquist is the Founding and Managing Partner at Complete Estate & Probate Law, where she serves clients across Missouri and Kansas with compassion and clarity. She focuses on estate planning, probate, trust administration, Medicaid planning, and guardianship, offering tailored legal solutions to help families protect and preserve their assets.
Polly began her legal career in 2001 after being admitted to the Missouri and Kansas Bar. She gained extensive trial experience at the Family Court in Jackson County, Missouri, where she handled hundreds of cases. This background allows her to anticipate legal challenges and design estate plans that are built to stand the test of time.
Polly earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri–Kansas City School of Law. Polly also holds a Bachelor of Science from Southwest Baptist University, where she studied communications, psychology, sociology, and public relations. Her multidisciplinary education supports her holistic, client-centered approach to legal practice.
Polly shifted her career focus to estate planning after becoming a parent and realizing the importance of proper planning for families. She now helps clients navigate the complexities of wills, trusts, and asset transfers, focusing on long-term peace of mind and legacy preservation.
In addition to client work, Polly Bartle Blomquist teaches continuing legal education courses to other professionals and stays actively engaged in the legal community.
