B. Ballard Rogers

B. Ballard Rogers is a seasoned attorney at Valenti Hanley PLLC with a legal practice spanning business law, securities litigation, bankruptcy, estate planning, and intellectual property. Licensed in Kentucky and Illinois, he represents clients in complex litigation and transactional matters throughout the region and nationwide.

Ballard earned his Bachelor of Arts from Duke University in 1988 and his Juris Doctor from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis in 1993. Following law school, Ballard served as a law clerk for the Honorable Boyce F. Martin of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, gaining valuable appellate experience early in his legal career.

Ballard brings over three decades of experience in both federal and state courts, including appearances before the U.S. District Courts in Kentucky and Illinois and the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Sixth and Seventh Circuits. He has developed a strong track record in litigation, financial disputes, securities law, creditors’ rights, and governmental affairs.

In addition to litigation, Ballard provides counsel on business formation, regulatory compliance—including cannabis law—estate planning, and intellectual property protection.
