Phoebe M. Barber focuses on civil litigation matters involving both individuals and public companies. Her legal work includes labor and employment disputes, commercial litigation, construction conflicts, and oil and gas matters in state and federal courts. Phoebe earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee, in 2016. She later received her J.D. from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2019. During law school, she earned the American Jurisprudence award for Civil Procedure II and was recognized on the Dean’s Honor Roll for her academic performance and leadership activities.

Phoebe built valuable legal experience while serving on the Oklahoma Law Review as both a Research Editor and Candidate Mentor. She also participated in the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society and served on the Dean’s Leadership Council. During law school, she gained courtroom exposure while working as a judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Rob Hudson of the Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals.

Phoebe advises employers on compliance with federal and state employment laws, including workplace discrimination matters, wage disputes, and OSHA-related concerns. She has represented employers before agencies such as the EEOC and other state labor commissions. Her work also includes drafting employment agreements, policies, and procedures while assisting businesses with internal investigations conducted in both English and Spanish.

Phoebe M. Barber has also represented clients in commercial and oil and gas litigation involving breach of contract claims, fiduciary disputes, negligence allegations, and royalty-related matters. In addition to her legal practice, she remains active in community organizations and professional groups throughout Oklahoma.
