Philip Goldberg

Philip Goldberg is the founder and managing attorney of Philip Goldberg PC, where he focuses his practice on complex family law disputes and related litigation. An AV-rated® trial lawyer, he has represented clients in jury and bench trials, as well as before appellate courts, including the Colorado Supreme Court, Colorado Court of Appeals, Georgia Court of Appeals, Illinois Appellate Court, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Mr. Goldberg graduated with distinction from the Virginia Military Institute in 1988 as a Distinguished Military Graduate before earning his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1992. His education and military background provided a foundation of discipline, analytical skill, and leadership that continues to define his legal career.
