Peter Jabaly is a business litigation attorney with experience in both public and private legal practice. He began his career with the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General before transitioning to private practice, where he developed a broad and practical approach to resolving complex business disputes.
Peter earned his Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School in 2009, following his Bachelor of Arts from George Mason University in 2006. His education provided a strong foundation in legal analysis, advocacy, and business-focused problem-solving that supports his litigation practice.
Peter’s practice centers on business litigation and spans a wide range of business law matters. He has experience handling corporate regulatory issues, complex immigration cases, and legal challenges affecting small-business growth and operations.
