Mark A. Fleckenstein

Mark A. Fleckenstein is an experienced attorney at Fleckenstein Young & Pearson, P.C., focusing on real estate, business, and contract law. He has represented clients throughout Virginia for more than four decades, advising individuals, investors, and businesses in transactions ranging from residential purchases to complex commercial developments.

Mark earned a Bachelor of Science from Western Michigan University and a Master of Urban Planning from the University of Michigan. He later received his Juris Doctor from Wayne State University, combining legal training with a strong foundation in planning and development.

Mark began practicing law in the Richmond area in 1980 after relocating from Michigan and completing his legal training in Virginia. His practice serves first-time homebuyers, real estate investors building single-family and multifamily portfolios, developers involved in condominium conversions, and clients engaged in large-scale commercial and industrial projects.
