Peter Cruice

Peter Cruice is a trial attorney with McCormick, Fitzpatrick, Kasper & Buchard, P.C. in Burlington, Vermont. He practices primarily in general insurance defense litigation and represents employers and insurers in workers’ compensation claim administration and litigation disputes. His civil litigation background includes handling matters from pre-suit research through trial, giving him experience across the major stages of contested claims and lawsuits.

Peter earned a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School and a B.A. from Hobart College.
