Peter B. Harbach

Peter B. Harbach is a Partner, Attorney at Law, concentrating his practice on elder law and estate planning. Peter earned his undergraduate degree in Criminology and Law Studies from Marquette University, supported by the St. Ignatius Academic Scholarship. He then attended Marquette University Law School, where he focused on estate planning and family law. Peter teaches nationally on elder law topics, including Medicaid’s expanded estate recovery laws and Veteran Pension benefit planning.
