Peter Ajemian

Peter Ajemian is a shareholder in the Las Vegas office, trusted by clients across the music, entertainment, and gaming industries. With over 15 years of experience, Peter concentrates his practice on intellectual property matters, including trademark and copyright protection, brand management, and entertainment law. He combines real-world insight with deep legal knowledge to advise clients on complex rights management, licensing, and enforcement.

Peter earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas William S. Boyd School of Law and holds a B.A. from the State University of New York at Buffalo. He is admitted to practice in Nevada and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada. He actively contributes to the legal community as a member of the American Bar Association, the Nevada State Bar Association, and the Clark County Bar Association.

Peter represents both plaintiffs and defendants in trademark, copyright, and domain name litigation in federal court and before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB). He has handled high‑stakes IP disputes, including representing Wynn Resorts in a prominent trade dress and copyright case against Resorts World, which was successfully resolved after a TRO hearing. Businesses rely on his IP litigation and counseling experience to protect and enforce their trademarks, copyrights, and domain names, and to negotiate and structure effective licensing agreements.
