Peter earned a Business Degree in 1990 from Florida State University and later completed a Juris Doctor in 1993 from Emory University School of Law, Atlanta, Georgia. He was admitted to the Georgia Bar in 1993 and is also admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court and multiple federal courts.
