Michael J. Warshauer is a veteran trial attorney recognized for his creative strategy in complex personal injury litigation. He focuses on catastrophic injury and wrongful death claims, earning a reputation for securing substantial verdicts and settlements, including many recoveries exceeding $1 million and numerous results above $10 million.

Michael earned a Bachelor of Science, cum laude, from the University of South Carolina in 1980, and later completed a Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law, Columbia, South Carolina, in 1983. He was a Member of the South Carolina Law Review. He was admitted to practice in Georgia in 1983, in Tennessee in 1996, and before the United States Supreme Court in 1997.

Michael handles claims involving medical malpractice, birth injury, product liability, trucking injury, railroad injury, premises liability, and other catastrophic events. Since the early 1990s, he has been widely recognized for his work on railroad safety laws and for advocating on behalf of injured railroad employees nationwide.

Michael has served in leadership roles within the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, including President, 2010-2011, and has held positions with the American Association for Justice Products Liability Law Group. He is Board Certified in Civil Trial Advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and remains active in numerous professional organizations.
