Penni Chisholm

Penni Chisholm is an experienced Montana litigator who represents clients in personal injury, family law, divorce, and related civil matters. Her work includes cases involving car accidents, wrongful death, custody, support, guardianship, property division, and contested divorce, with a strong focus on practical solutions and fair outcomes.

Penni earned a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from the University of Montana in 1989 and received her J.D. from the University of Montana School of Law in 1992. During law school, she was selected to the National Order of Barristers through her moot court work.

Since returning to Columbia Falls in 1997, Penni has built a litigation practice grounded in preparation, advocacy, and client attention. Her experience includes trials in Flathead, Cascade, Lake, Gallatin, Musselshell, and Custer counties, giving her broad courtroom familiarity in both family disputes and injury claims. She has helped clients protect substantial assets in divorce cases and recover significant compensation in injury matters. Her advocacy has included major personal injury results, including a verdict recognized as the largest in Flathead County history at the time it was entered.
