Kellen B. Willert is an experienced attorney serving clients on matters involving real estate, family law, estate planning, business law, municipal law, military law, and guardianships and conservatorships. Kellen’s education includes a Bachelor of Science from South Dakota State University, earned in 2008, and a Juris Doctor from the University of South Dakota, earned in 2012. He has also completed various military courses and schools through the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s Legal Center and School. He began his legal career as a clerk for South Dakota’s Fifth Judicial Circuit from 2012 to 2013. He then served as an associate at Bennett, Main & Gubbrud, P.C., before becoming a partner at Bennett Main Gubbrud & Willert, P.C., in 2017, while building strong litigation skills.

Licensed to practice in South Dakota, Colorado, and Wyoming, Kellen brings a multi-jurisdictional perspective to client service.
