Peng Li

Peng Li is the founder of Li Law Group LLC, a respected Omaha law firm dedicated to providing high-quality legal services in civil litigation, immigration law, and family law. His firm serves individuals and families throughout Nebraska with a focus on accessible, solution-oriented representation.

Peng earned his B.A. from the University of Nebraska Omaha. He later received both his M.B.A. and J.D. from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, College of Law. During law school, he gained practical legal experience by clerking for the Nebraska Department of Labor and the UNL Entrepreneurship Legal Clinic.

Before founding Li Law Group, Peng worked for the Nebraska Supreme Court Office of Public Guardian as a Public Guardian Associate Attorney. In that role, he represented vulnerable individuals and strengthened his commitment to advocacy and client protection across various legal issues.

Peng focuses his practice on immigration law, civil litigation, and family matters. Whether resolving disputes, guiding clients through immigration processes, or representing families in court, he brings strategic insight and a client-centered approach to every case.

Peng is admitted to practice in Nebraska state courts and the U.S. District Courts. He is an active member of the Nebraska State Bar Association and serves on the Nebraska Find a Lawyer Advisory Committee and the Nebraska Supreme Court Technology Committee, reflecting his ongoing dedication to the legal community.
