Penelope M. Lechtenberg is the principal and managing partner of Lechtenberg & Associates LLC in Rockford, Illinois. For more than 25 years, she has provided employers with comprehensive legal representation in employment defense and business immigration law. Penelope is recognized for her practical and strategic approach to helping companies maintain compliance, manage personnel, and resolve workplace disputes effectively and efficiently.

Penelope earned her J.D., with honors, from IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law and her A.B. in Political Science from Duke University. Her education laid a strong foundation for a career dedicated to guiding employers through the complex intersection of labor, employment, and immigration regulations. She combines a deep understanding of federal and state laws with a solutions-oriented perspective that benefits businesses of all sizes.
