Paula M. Dillon is a dedicated employment law attorney with extensive experience advocating for employees in workplace disputes. She specializes in cases involving discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, regularly appearing in both State and Federal courts. With a strong background in employment litigation, Paula has successfully represented clients facing workplace injustices, including wrongful termination and wage violations. Paula earned her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1990. She previously completed her B.A. from Rutgers College in 1982, majoring in Political Science and minoring in Art. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
Throughout her career, Paula has fought for employees facing workplace discrimination and unfair treatment. She has represented clients under the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination (NJLAD), Title VII, the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). Paula M. Dillon is an active member of leading employment law and trial lawyer organizations, including the National Employment Lawyers Association (NELA-NJ), the New Jersey Association for Justice (NJAJ), and the American Association for Justice (AAJ).
