Paul V. Muething

Paul V. Muething is a senior partner at KMK Law whose practice centers on business planning, corporate law, and real estate development. He represents public and private companies in major business matters and led the firm as Managing Partner from 1995 until 2017, showing long service and steady firm leadership.

Paul earned a J.D. from Donald P. Klekamp College of Law at the University of Cincinnati in 1977, where he was Order of the Coif and served on Law Review. He also earned a B.A. from Xavier University in 1974, graduating magna cum laude with strong academic honors and distinction.

Paul advises clients on business representation and transactions, mergers and acquisitions, real estate financing, construction and development, and business succession planning. His work helps companies plan, grow, finance projects, and manage important deals. He is also admitted in Ohio and the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Ohio for practice.

Paul has been active in bar, business, education, service, and leadership groups.
